The logo files required are PDF / .EPS / .AI - vector files (Transparent background logos).
If you are a new customer requiring new logo/text set up, there is a one off fee added to set you up for both printing and embroidery. The set up is £15. If you also require reverse printing and embroidery the set up is £25.

Purchases & Delivery
Once you purchase your items on our website, you will receive a design proof via email for you to confirm. Your Items take 7-10 working days from purchasing on our website to being within your hands. Delivery methods include Royal Mail and DHL services.
Aftercare & Washing Instructions
We recommend washing your garments on a 30 degree wash. Please do not tumble dry and lightly iron your garments inside out. This is to preserve the printing and embroidery applications.
