Once payment has been received and your design proof has been approved, Found on a Curb will dispatch your customised items via a trusted courier. The typical timeline from initial purchase to delivery is 7–10 working days, depending on the complexity of your order.

Once your order is complete, the standard shipping time is 2–4 working days, and all shipments are fully tracked. You will receive tracking details to monitor your parcel’s journey from dispatch to delivery.

Returns Policy

At Found on a Curb, we reserve the right to accept or decline returns at our discretion, except in cases where the return is due to a fault on our part in supplying goods that do not align with the agreed order. If you believe your items are faulty, please contact us at info@foundonacurb.co.uk within 7 working days of receiving your order.

Please note the following conditions for returns:

• Goods cannot be returned if they have been customised with individual design or print work.
• Items that have been worn, used, or altered by the customer (including the addition of design or print work) are not eligible for return.
